Almond Butter Bliss Balls
These easy bliss balls feel indulgent but are made entirely from natural ingredients. They are an energy-boosting snack perfect for when you're on the go.
INGREADIENT
- 1 cup dates
- 2 tbs almond butter
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 1 handful almonds raw
- 2 tbs LSA seed mix
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 25g chocolate protein powder *optional
- 2 tsp almond butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbs water
Direction
- Bliss balls: Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until the mixture comes together. Roll the mixture into balls and place in a container lined with baking paper.
- Almond butter drizzle: Add the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Drizzle over balls.
- Place the bliss balls into the fridge or freezer for 20 minutes, or until set.
