Almond Butter Bliss Balls

These easy bliss balls feel indulgent but are made entirely from natural ingredients. They are an energy-boosting snack perfect for when you're on the go.

INGREADIENT

    • 1 cup dates
    • 2 tbs almond butter
    • 2 tbs chia seeds
    • 1 handful almonds raw
    • 2 tbs LSA seed mix
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1 pinch sea salt
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 25g chocolate protein powder *optional
    • 2 tsp almond butter
    • 1 tsp maple syrup
    • 1 tbs water

Direction

    1. Bliss balls: Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until the mixture comes together. Roll the mixture into balls and place in a container lined with baking paper.
    2. Almond butter drizzle: Add the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Drizzle over balls.
    3. Place the bliss balls into the fridge or freezer for 20 minutes, or until set.
