Apricot and Choc Chip Muffins
Fresh, warm muffins are always a treat.
INGREADIENT
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 orange juiced
- 1/2 cup dried apricots chopped
- 1/2 cup choc chips
- 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
Direction
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Blend the margarine and sugar.
- Beat in eggs, milk, orange juice, apricots and choc chips.
- Fold in sifted flour and pour mixture into greased muffin tins.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
