Bacon and Paprika Potato Wedges

An easy dish to take to a barbecue.

INGREADIENT

    • 1 1/2 kg baby potatoes
    • 1 tbs olive oil
    • 1 tbs paprika
    • 6 bacon rashers chopped
    • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated

Direction

    1. Pre-heat oven to 200C.
    2. Cut potatoes in wedges.
    3. Place wedges into a large bowl, add olive oil and toss well.
    4. Add paprika and toss until well coated.
    5. Place wedges into an aluminium foil barbeque tray.
    6. Bake for 40 minutes.
    7. Sprinkle chopped bacon over wedges and cook for another 10 minutes.
    8. Sprinkle grated cheese over wedges and cook for a further 10 minutes until cheese has melted.
