Bacon and Paprika Potato Wedges
An easy dish to take to a barbecue.
INGREADIENT
- 1 1/2 kg baby potatoes
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs paprika
- 6 bacon rashers chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
Direction
- Pre-heat oven to 200C.
- Cut potatoes in wedges.
- Place wedges into a large bowl, add olive oil and toss well.
- Add paprika and toss until well coated.
- Place wedges into an aluminium foil barbeque tray.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped bacon over wedges and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over wedges and cook for a further 10 minutes until cheese has melted.
