Banana Nutella Muffins

A super-moist chocolate-banana flavoured muffin. Easily the best muffin you will ever taste!

INGREADIENT

    • 2 eggs
    • 125 g butter softened
    • 100 g sugar
    • 2 bananas large mashed ripe
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 100 g Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread
    • 100 ml milk
    • 250 g plain flour
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 150 g milk chocolate
    • 1 tsp baking soda

Direction

    1. Cream together eggs, butter and sugar.
    2. Fold in banana and Nutella.
    3. In a separate bowl, combine milk and baking soda and blend well.
    4. Separately, mix the flour with the baking powder.
    5. Alternately blend in a part of the milk mixture, then a part of the flour mix and repeat until all used.
    6. Pour batter into greased or paper-lined muffin tins and bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes.
    7. Test with a skewer.
    8. Add a thick layer of melted milk chocolate on top and decorate with nuts, sugar pearls or decorations of choice.
