BBQ chicken wings
Deliciously sticky chicken wings. No marinating required.
INGREADIENT
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbs SPC plum sauce spicy
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs tomato sauce
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbs brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp ginger
Direction
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Cut chicken wings into pieces at each segment. Discard the wing tips.
- Spray a baking dish with oil.
- Place chicken wings in a single layer in the baking dish, and bake for around 20 minutes, until slightly browned.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a microwave-safe dish. Mix well.
- Heat the sauce in microwave for 1 minute.
- Stir and pour over chicken. Toss to coat chicken wings.
- Cook for a further 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Toss chicken in marinade every so often.
