Best Broccoli Salad
A yummy broccoli salad that's a favourite with everyone who tries it.
INGREADIENT
- 50 g pine nuts toasted
- 2 spring onions chopped
- 2 broccoli heads broken into florets large
- 4 bacon rashers cut into strips
- 1/2 cup Kraft mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
Direction
- Fry bacon strips.
- Parboil broccoli for 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
- Place the bacon, spring onions, pine nuts and broccoli in another bowl.
- When ready to serve, add the mayonnaise mixture and combine.
