Cappuccino Cupcakes
Lovely coffee flavoured morning tea treat.
INGREADIENT
- 125 g butter
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 3 egg
- 1 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbs instant coffee powder
Direction
- Preheat oven to 180C and line 12 hole muffin pan with papers.
- Beat butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl, until pale and thick.
- Beat in eggs one at a time and mix well. Fold in flour
- Heat milk in microwave for 30 seconds until warm, add coffee powder and stir until dissolved.
- Fold milk through mixture until well combined.
- Spoon into prepared tins. Bake for 15 minutes until cooked through and golden. Cool on wire rack.
