Caramel Muffins

Not-too-sweet caramel muffins.

INGREADIENT

    • 2 eggs lightly beaten
    • 2 cups self-raising flour
    • 1/4 cup bran
    • 1/2 cup Splenda sweetener
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 3 tbs oil
    • 1 banana mashed
    • 380g Nestle* Top 'n' Fill caramel

Direction

    1. Preheat oven to 180C.
    2. Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl.
    3. Add flour, bran, sugar, milk, oil and banana, and mix until just combined.
    4. Stir in 300g of the the Top 'n' Fill caramel.
    5. Place mixture in a greased, twelve-hole muffin tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
    6. Heat the remaining caramel topping and drizzle on the muffins to serve.
