Caramel Muffins
Not-too-sweet caramel muffins.
INGREADIENT
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1/4 cup bran
- 1/2 cup Splenda sweetener
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tbs oil
- 1 banana mashed
- 380g Nestle* Top 'n' Fill caramel
Direction
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl.
- Add flour, bran, sugar, milk, oil and banana, and mix until just combined.
- Stir in 300g of the the Top 'n' Fill caramel.
- Place mixture in a greased, twelve-hole muffin tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Heat the remaining caramel topping and drizzle on the muffins to serve.
