Cheese Cob Dip

Cheesy dip with spring onions and bacon, served in a crunchy bread shell. Simple and quick to prepare, and delicious!

INGREADIENT

    • 1 cob loaf
    • 300ml sour cream
    • 500g tasty cheese, grated
    • 3 spring onions, sliced
    • 3 bacon rashers, diced

Direction

    1. Hollow out the bread cob, leaving a fairly thin layer of the crust only.
    2. Save removed pieces and cut into bite-sized chunks.
    3. Mix sour cream and cheese in a bowl. Add spring onions and bacon, and mix to combine.
    4. Bake at 180C until cheese melts for approximately 45 minutes.
