Cheese Cob Dip
Cheesy dip with spring onions and bacon, served in a crunchy bread shell. Simple and quick to prepare, and delicious!
INGREADIENT
- 1 cob loaf
- 300ml sour cream
- 500g tasty cheese, grated
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- 3 bacon rashers, diced
Direction
- Hollow out the bread cob, leaving a fairly thin layer of the crust only.
- Save removed pieces and cut into bite-sized chunks.
- Mix sour cream and cheese in a bowl. Add spring onions and bacon, and mix to combine.
- Bake at 180C until cheese melts for approximately 45 minutes.
