Chicken and Ham Wrap

A healthy and delicious snack. Kids love making up their own wrap and enjoy eating it as well.

INGREADIENT

    • 5 slices chicken breast fillet
    • 5 slices double smoked ham (deli)
    • 1 lettuce
    • 1 tomato thinly sliced
    • 3 slices cheese
    • 1 cucumber thinly sliced
    • 1 piece mountain bread
    • 1/2 pinches salt and pepper *to taste
    • 1 tsp margarine *to taste
    • 20 g low-fat mayonnaise

Direction

    1. Using a pastry brush, lightly spread margarine over bread so rolling will be easier.
    2. Break up cheese and place it around the centre, leaving a 4-5 cm margin, then add ham, chicken, 4–5 slices of tomato, 5–6 slices of cucumber, salt and pepper if desired, shredded lettuce, a small amount of mayonnaise.
    3. Bring in the left and right sides of the bread, hold down and fold and roll up the bottom. Hold the roll for a few seconds until it does not want to unroll when you let go.
