Chicken Kebabs
A quick and simple dish using healthy ingredients that the children love
INGREADIENT
- 500 g chicken breast fillet cubed
- 1 green capsicum
- 400 g (sliced) canned pineapple cut into pieces
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs oyster sauce
- 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
Sauce
Direction
- Thread chicken, capsicum and pineapple onto skewers.
- Mix sauce ingredients together.
- Spread over the kebabs.
- Grill on medium heat until cooked through.
- Serve with salad or fried rice.
