Chilli Tuna Roll-ups

An easy light snack or supper dish. A mixture of tuna, sweet chilli sauce and spring onions wrapped up in a layer of light cream cheese on mountain bread. These make a lovely snack or party starter.

INGREADIENT

    • 425 g canned tuna in springwater drained reserve liquid
    • 4 tbs sweet chilli sauce
    • 125 g cream cheese
    • 2 spring onion chopped
    • 3 sheets mountain bread

Direction

    1. In a small bowl, mix tuna, chilli sauce and spring onions. Blend in enough reserved springwater to make a smooth mix.
    2. Lay a sheet of mountain bread on a flat surface. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the bread, covering the entire surface.
    3. Spread tuna mixture over cheese to within 2 cm of the edge.
    4. Roll up mountain bread, wrap in aluminium foil, and refrigerate or freeze until serving.
    5. When ready to serve, cut the roll-ups into 5 cm slices.
