Choc Bliss Balls

These protein-rich bliss balls use seeds instead of nuts to make an allergy-friendly treat. They're easy to make, with natural sweetness from dates and a lovely chocolate flavour from cocoa powder. Make a batch, ready to give you a sweet energy boost whenever you need it!

INGREADIENT

    • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
    • 12 medjool dates
    • 1 tbs cocoa powder
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp sea salt
    • 1 cup desiccated coconut

Direction

    1. Place the sunflower and pumpkin seeds in a food processor, and blend on high speed until the seeds are the consistency of fine crumbs.
    2. Add remaining ingredients, and blitz until well combined. Mixture should stick together between your fingers.
    3. Roll into bite-sized balls and coat in coconut.
    4. Store in the refrigerator.
