Choc Bliss Balls
These protein-rich bliss balls use seeds instead of nuts to make an allergy-friendly treat. They're easy to make, with natural sweetness from dates and a lovely chocolate flavour from cocoa powder. Make a batch, ready to give you a sweet energy boost whenever you need it!
INGREADIENT
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 12 medjool dates
- 1 tbs cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
Direction
- Place the sunflower and pumpkin seeds in a food processor, and blend on high speed until the seeds are the consistency of fine crumbs.
- Add remaining ingredients, and blitz until well combined. Mixture should stick together between your fingers.
- Roll into bite-sized balls and coat in coconut.
- Store in the refrigerator.
