Choconana Muffins
Yummy banana, choc-chip muffins that taste and smell good and are a great, simple snack!
INGREADIENT
- 1 banana ripe
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup choc bits
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
Direction
- Preheat oven to 180C. Line a 12-hole muffin pan with muffin cases.
- Mash banana in a large mixing bowl, then sift flours into the bowl.
- Add sugar, choc bits, lightly-beaten egg, milk and oil. Stir with a fork until well mixed.
- Spoon mix two thirds of the way up the muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
- Turn onto rack to cool.
