Classic Cupcakes
Light and fluffy with a beautiful rich flavour. These cup cakes will undoubtedly become a regular feature in your household.
INGREADIENT
- 1/2 cup custard powder
- 1 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 125 g butter softened
- 3 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Direction
- Line patty pans with paper cases.
- Sift dry ingredients.
- Combine all ingredients with electric mixer and beat until changed colour.
- Fill patty cases just over half full with mixture.
- Bake at 180C for 15-18 minutes.
