Cob Loaf
A very addictive dip recipe and is a hit at every event.
INGREADIENT
- 5 bacon rashers chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 250 g cream cheese
- 250 g sour cream
- 1 cup tasty cheese grated
- 1 pinch chicken stock powder
- 1 cob loaf
Direction
- Fry bacon and onion until cooked.
- Heat other ingredients in a microwave safe bowl for four minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Combine with the bacon and onion.
- Remove top of cob loaf and scoop out the middle.
- Pour cheese mixture into loaf, place top back on and bake for 30-40 minutes at 160C.
- Tear up the removed bread and cook with the loaf for the last 10 minutes.
