Cob Loaf

A very addictive dip recipe and is a hit at every event.

INGREADIENT

    • 5 bacon rashers chopped
    • 1 onion finely chopped
    • 250 g cream cheese
    • 250 g sour cream
    • 1 cup tasty cheese grated
    • 1 pinch chicken stock powder
    • 1 cob loaf

Direction

    1. Fry bacon and onion until cooked.
    2. Heat other ingredients in a microwave safe bowl for four minutes, stirring halfway through.Cob Loaf
    3. Combine with the bacon and onion.
    4. Remove top of cob loaf and scoop out the middle.Cob Loaf
    5. Pour cheese mixture into loaf, place top back on and bake for 30-40 minutes at 160C.Cob Loaf
    6. Tear up the removed bread and cook with the loaf for the last 10 minutes.Cob Loaf
