Corn, Ham and Cheese Bread Roll

Good for a quick lunch.

INGREADIENT

    • 8 bread roll
    • 220 g canned corn drained
    • 2 egg beaten
    • 4 slices ham (deli) chopped
    • 1 cup tasty cheese grated
    • 1 onion finely chopped
    • 1 tbs butter to coat

Direction

    1. Mix all ingredients except cheese and rolls in a bowl.
    2. Cut tops off rolls and remove dough from centres.
    3. Place mixture in rolls and sprinkle cheese on top of mixture.
    4. Replace tops on rolls and glaze with melted butter.
    5. Wrap rolls in foil and bake for 10 minutes.
    6. Unwrap rolls and bake for another 5 minutes.
