Corn, Ham and Cheese Bread Roll
Good for a quick lunch.
INGREADIENT
- 8 bread roll
- 220 g canned corn drained
- 2 egg beaten
- 4 slices ham (deli) chopped
- 1 cup tasty cheese grated
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tbs butter to coat
Direction
- Mix all ingredients except cheese and rolls in a bowl.
- Cut tops off rolls and remove dough from centres.
- Place mixture in rolls and sprinkle cheese on top of mixture.
- Replace tops on rolls and glaze with melted butter.
- Wrap rolls in foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Unwrap rolls and bake for another 5 minutes.
