Creamed corn toasties
Have as a light snack or for lunch, or make a main meal for dinner. Cheap for the budget and tasty for the lips.
INGREADIENT
- 850g cream-style canned corn
- 200g bacon rashers diced
- 1 onion grated small
- 1 cup cheese
- 2 loaves bread crusts removed
- 50g butter
- 1 egg
Direction
- Pre-heat oven 180C.
- Cut crusts off bread and butter one side.
- Place buttered side down in cupcake pan.
- Combine all other ingredients and mix well.
- Place 1 tablespoon of mixture into each bread case and place in oven and cook until bread browns.
