Creamy Chicken Pasta
This recipe has been tweaked to something the whole family loves.
INGREADIENT
- 1 onion diced
- 2 carrots diced
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs garlic crushed
- 1 broccoli chopped
- 500 g chicken
- 500 g spiral pasta
- 5 cups water
- 5 tsp chicken stock powder
- 125 g cream cheese chopped room temperature
- 1/2 cup tasty cheese grated
- 1/4 cup parmesan grated
Direction
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
- Add garlic and onion, then cook until soft.
- How to prep onions.
- Add chicken, carrots, broccoli, water, stock powder and uncooked pasta, and then bring to the boil.
- Cook under pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once pressure's released, stir through all cheeses.
