Dinner Slice
This is healthy and great to use leftovers easy and quick to make.
INGREADIENT
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cheese grated
- 6 egg
- 2 cup self-raising flour
- 3 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup cooked chicken
Direction
- Preheat oven to 180C degrees. Grease a large baking dish - about 25 x 18 cm.
- Beat eggs and milk. Add vegetables, meat ,cheese and herbs or spices (optional - see notes).
- Pour into greased baking dish and bake in oven until firm (about 30 minutes).
