Dinner Slice

This is healthy and great to use leftovers easy and quick to make.

INGREADIENT

    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 cup cheese grated
    • 6 egg
    • 2 cup self-raising flour
    • 3 cup frozen mixed vegetables
    • 1 cup cooked chicken

Direction

    1. Preheat oven to 180C degrees. Grease a large baking dish - about 25 x 18 cm.
    2. Beat eggs and milk. Add vegetables, meat ,cheese and herbs or spices (optional - see notes).
    3. Pour into greased baking dish and bake in oven until firm (about 30 minutes).
