Easy yoghurt curry chicken
A quick and easy curry chicken dish the whole family can eat!
INGREADIENT
- 2 chicken breast fillet diced large
- 1 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp all purpose seasoning
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 400 g coconut milk
- 2 cup rice *to serve
Direction
- Mix yoghurt with all of the spices and add the chicken.
- Mix to coat all the chicken and marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Place a large pan on medium heat, add the chicken mixture including all extra yoghurt.
- Brown in the pan and then add the coconut milk and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
