Giant Butter Cupcakes
Muffin sized cup cakes that are delicious to eat.
INGREADIENT
- 125 g butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 2 egg
- 1 1/2 cup self-raising flour sifted
- 1/2 cup milk
Direction
- Cream the butter, vanilla essence and caster sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer until it is light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time and beat until combined.
- Beat in half the sifted flour and half the milk until combined and then the remaining flour and milk.
- Using paper patty pans, place in muffin trays and place mixture in each patty pan filling it up until it is ¾ full.
- Bake at 180C until cooked.
