Ginger Kisses
Ginger nut cookies sandwiched with whipped cream. Great for a quick dessert.
INGREADIENT
- 300 ml thickened cream
- 2 tbs icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 500 g gingernut biscuits
Direction
- Combine cream and vanilla extract.
- Whip to form stiff peaks, slowly adding sugar.
- Lay 1 packet of biscuits out on a tray.
- Top with teaspoonfuls of cream. Sandwich each with remaining packet of biscuits.
- Place in the fridge overnight.
