Golden Turmeric Chai

INGREADIENT

    • 3 1/2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
    • 1 tsp gound turmeric
    • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
    • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    • 1/4 tsp cardamom
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    • 2 tbs raw honey
    • Pinch sea salt

Direction

    1. Warm the milk in a saucepan over low heat.
    2. Add all the other ingredients to the milk and stir to combine.
    3. Simmer for 5 mins and then let steep for another few minutes.
    4. Strain (if required), and serve into three mugs. Enjoy!
