Golden Turmeric Chai
INGREADIENT
- 3 1/2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp gound turmeric
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbs raw honey
- Pinch sea salt
Direction
- Warm the milk in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add all the other ingredients to the milk and stir to combine.
- Simmer for 5 mins and then let steep for another few minutes.
- Strain (if required), and serve into three mugs. Enjoy!
