Healthy Kid's Fruit Cake
No nuts, no dairy, no icing, no chocolate...best of all the kids can help decorate it!
INGREADIENT
- 1 punnet fresh raspberries
- 1 pineapple
- 1 rockmelon medium
- 4 kiwifruit
- 1 packet apricots dried
- 1 handful sultanas
- 1 watermelon
Direction
- Cut a 10cm thick slice out of the middle of the watermelon and place on the cake plate.
- Cut a 5cm thick slice out of the rockmelon and place on top of the watermelon.
- Cut a 5cm thick slice out of the pineapple and place on top of the rockmelon.
- Soak 4 bamboo skewers in water, then pierce through all of the layers to hold the 'fruit cake' together.
- Place toothpicks around the edges of the cake and decorate with, dried apricots, kiwifruit slices, raspberries and sultanas.
- Enjoy your delicious guilt free fruit cake!
