Helga's Ultimate Low-Carb Triple-Cheese Volcano Sandwich
There's nothing like pressing down on two pieces of golden-toasted bread and watching the melted cheese ooze out of the middle. It's the best snack on the planet!
INGREADIENT
- 1 loaf Helga's Lower Carb Wholemeal and Seed bread
- 1 Praise Deli Style Dijonnaise Mayonnaise
- 1 block cheddar cheese grated
- 1 packet Swiss cheese sliced
- 1 tub mozzarella grated
- 1 tub margarine
- 1 jar onion jam
- 1 pinch salt *to taste
- 1 pinch cracked pepper *to taste
Direction
- Butter two slices of Lower Carb Wholemeal and Seed bread.
- Flip the slices over, so the buttered side is face down.
- On one slice, spread onion jam, and on the other side, spread Praise Dijonnaise Mayonnaise.
- Grate cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Layer the Swiss cheese on top of the Dijonnaise Mayonnaise, then top with the grated cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Crack salt and pepper on top to taste. Enclose with the onion jam slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
- Place into the sandwich press and grill until bread is golden and cheese has melted. Enjoy!
