Keto-Friendly Avocado and Walnut Salad with Pomegranate

INGREADIENT

    • 1/2 bunch mint leaves only
    • 1 bunch coriander leaves only
    • 1 handful watercress leaves only
    • 1 handful mache rosette leaves
    • 1 avocados sliced
    • 1 pomegranate, seeds removed
    • 1 cup walnuts roughly chopped
    • 1/2 avocado ripe
    • 1 tsp seeded mustard
    • 2 tbs lemon juice
    • 6 tbs olive oil
    • 1 splash apple cider vinegar
    • 1 pinch sea salt
    • 1 pinch black pepper

Direction

    1. Combine all the ingredients for the salad in a large bowl.
    2. Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a blender or food processor and process for 20-30 seconds or until you reach a smooth consistency.
