Low-Fat Fruit Muffins

These muffins have no butter, oil or added sugar so are suitable for low fat / low sugar diets.

INGREADIENT

    • 1 1/4 cups bran cereal
    • 1 1/2 cups milk
    • 1 cup mixed fruit dried
    • 1 1/4 cups self-raising flour
    • 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
    • 2 tbs golden syrup

Direction

    1. Heat oven to 180C.
    2. Combine cereal and milk in a large bowl, and stand for 10 minutes.
    3. Add remaining ingredients and stir until just combined.
    4. Divide mixture into greased 12-hole muffin pan.
    5. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until browned.
