Low-Fat Fruit Muffins
These muffins have no butter, oil or added sugar so are suitable for low fat / low sugar diets.
INGREADIENT
- 1 1/4 cups bran cereal
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup mixed fruit dried
- 1 1/4 cups self-raising flour
- 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 2 tbs golden syrup
Direction
- Heat oven to 180C.
- Combine cereal and milk in a large bowl, and stand for 10 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Divide mixture into greased 12-hole muffin pan.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until browned.
