Moist Banana Muffins
One is never enough for these moist, delicious muffins that are simply irresistible!
INGREADIENT
- 3/4 cup plain flour
- 2 banana mashed ripe
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Direction
- Sift all the dry ingredients together and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine mashed bananas with olive oil and vanilla essence..
- Combine the dry ingredients with the banana mixture. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into muffin tray, lined with muffin cups, until full.
- Heat oven to 180C and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the centre.
