Passionfruit Acai Smoothie Bowl
Start your day with a burst of tropical flavours that's sure to put you in a good mood.
INGREADIENT
- 2 passionfruit pulp removed
- 1 packet frozen Acai berries
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana fresh
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 passionfruit *extra
- 1 handful granola toasted *extra
- 1 handful fruit fresh
Direction
- Combine all smoothie ingredients, except the toppings, in a blender jug. Pulse the mixture, then blend on high until thick and smooth.
- Tip smoothie into a bowl and top with extra passionfruit, granola and fresh fruit of your choice.
