Passionfruit Acai Smoothie Bowl

Start your day with a burst of tropical flavours that's sure to put you in a good mood.

INGREADIENT

    • 2 passionfruit pulp removed
    • 1 packet frozen Acai berries
    • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
    • 1 banana fresh
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 passionfruit *extra
    • 1 handful granola toasted *extra
    • 1 handful fruit fresh

Direction

    1. Combine all smoothie ingredients, except the toppings, in a blender jug. Pulse the mixture, then blend on high until thick and smooth.
    2. Tip smoothie into a bowl and top with extra passionfruit, granola and fresh fruit of your choice.
