Provencal Breakfast Champignons
Healthy and quick sauteed mushrooms to add to your breakfast plate.
INGREADIENT
- 10 button mushrooms large quartered
- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
- 2 tbs cold pressed olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
Direction
- Clean the button mushrooms with a brush or paper towel and cut into quarters.
- Heat a frying pan over high heat and add the olive oil. Add the mushrooms and fry on every side until golden, approximately 10 minutes.
- Season with the herbs and salt, and mix well with the mushrooms. Shake the pan on higher heat until the herbs evenly cover the mushrooms.
- The mushrooms should not lose their natural juice during frying. If they do they will not turn that golden, so use higher heat for that.
- Turn off the heat and plate up.
