INGREADIENT

• 60 g butter
• 1 1/4 cup self-raising flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 egg
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla essence

Direction

1. Preheat oven to 220C and place patty cases into patty tins.
2. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until combined and fluffy.
3. Spoon batter into patty cases using heaped spoons and bake for 12-15 minutes.
4. Allow to cool and decorate.
