Quick-mix fruit cake
The easiest fruitcake I've ever made and it tastes delicious!
INGREADIENT
- 375 g mixed fruit
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cup self-raising flour
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 125 g soft butter
- 6 tbs milk
- 2 egg
Direction
- Preheat oven to 180C and line a 20 cm square cake tin.
- Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix for 4 minutes.
- Pour mixture into cake tin.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
