Scrumptious Savoury Muffins
Kids love these muffins! Bake mini ones as a super simple snack for the lunch box
INGREADIENT
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup ham (deli) finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
- 1/4 cup mushrooms finely chopped
- 1 red capsicum finely chopped small
- 1 tbs parsley finely chopped
- 125g butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg lightly beaten
Direction
- Pre-heat oven 180C and grease a muffin tin.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- How to make self-raising flour.
- Stir in butter, milk and egg until just combined. Do not over mix.
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until cooked and golden.
