Simple Chocolate Cupcakes
Tasty, chocolate cupcakes, suitable for any occasion.
INGREADIENT
- 175 g self-raising flour
- 175 g butter
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 175 g caster sugar
- 20 g cocoa powder
Direction
- Pre-heat the oven to 180C and grease a muffin tray.
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the eggs.
- Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, fold into mixture.
- If the mixture is heavy, add a tablespoon of milk for a lighter, fluffier mix.
- Spoon mix evenly into tray.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Leave to cool for 5 minutes before removing from tray.
- Wait until completely cool before decorating.
