Slow-Cooked Moroccan Apricot Chicken
The aroma of this dish is amazing. Serve with fluffy rice and enjoy.
INGREADIENT
- 5 chicken breast fillets halved diced
- 4 garlic cloves peeled minced
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup Massel* Chicken Style Liquid Stock
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 120g dried apricots chopped
- 1/2 cup green olives pitted sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbs dried oregano
- 2 tsp ground cumin
Direction
- Place cubed chicken in a slow cooker.
- Combine garlic, wine, stock, vinegar, oil, apricots, olives, brown sugar, oregano and cumin in a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly and pour mixture over chicken.
- Cook on auto for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
