Slow-Cooked Moroccan Apricot Chicken

The aroma of this dish is amazing. Serve with fluffy rice and enjoy.

INGREADIENT

    • 5 chicken breast fillets halved diced
    • 4 garlic cloves peeled minced
    • 3/4 cup dry white wine
    • 1 cup Massel* Chicken Style Liquid Stock
    • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
    • 2 tbs olive oil
    • 120g dried apricots chopped
    • 1/2 cup green olives pitted sliced
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 3 tbs dried oregano
    • 2 tsp ground cumin

Direction

    1. Place cubed chicken in a slow cooker.
    2. Combine garlic, wine, stock, vinegar, oil, apricots, olives, brown sugar, oregano and cumin in a bowl.
    3. Mix thoroughly and pour mixture over chicken.
    4. Cook on auto for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
