Smoked Salmon and Asparagus Linguine
Creamy salmon and asparagus pasta - sounds decadent, but is so fast to make.
INGREADIENT
- 300 g linguine pasta
- 12 asparagus ends trimmed
- 3/4 cup light cream
- 4 tbs fresh chives chopped
- 200 g smoked salmon cut into strips
Direction
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- Place asparagus in a dish with a small amount of water, cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Cut asparagus into pieces.
- Place cream and chives in frying pan and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring.
- Add salmon and asparagus, and warm.
- Fold sauce through pasta and serve with a salad.
