Spinach and fetta quiche
A vegetarian quiche you can serve hot or cold.
INGREADIENT
- 3 eggs
- 100 g fetta crumbled
- 125 g spinach
- 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 200 g mushrooms
Direction
- Saute onion and mushrooms until just cooked.
- Mix flour, eggs, cheese and milk together in a bowl.
- Add the fetta to the spinach and combine with the onion and egg mixtures.
- Spray a quiche dish with non-stick spray.
- Pour mixture into dish and bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes.
