INGREADIENT

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup caster sugar
• 1 1/2 cups cream
• 2 cups self-raising flour
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 punnet fresh strawberries cut into pieces
• 300g white chocolate melts

Direction

• Beat eggs and sugar together. Add 1 cup of cream and vanilla.
• Fold in flour and strawberries.

• Melt white chocolate and add to mixture, mix until combined. Add remaining cream if mix is dry or not very smooth.
• Place into muffin trays and bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
