Toasted Sausage and Salad Wraps

Something simple to make the great Aussie snag taste a little bit nicer.

INGREADIENT

    • 8 tortillas
    • 8 sausage
    • 1 cup cheese grated
    • 1 capsicum cut into slices
    • 1/2 cup ham (deli) diced
    • 1/2 red onion sliced
    • 1 carrot cut into matchsticks medium
    • 16 grape tomato halved

Direction

    1. If using a fattier sausage, prick them to allow the fat to drain while cooking. Cook sausages as desired.
    2. Soften the tortillas for 30-45 seconds in a microwave.
    3. Place 1 cooked sausage into the centre of each tortilla.
    4. Top with other ingredients, aligned so the tortilla will roll evenly.
    5. Roll up and place in the health grill or sandwich maker for 2-5 minutes to melt the cheese and stick the tortilla together.
