Toasted Sausage and Salad Wraps
Something simple to make the great Aussie snag taste a little bit nicer.
INGREADIENT
- 8 tortillas
- 8 sausage
- 1 cup cheese grated
- 1 capsicum cut into slices
- 1/2 cup ham (deli) diced
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 1 carrot cut into matchsticks medium
- 16 grape tomato halved
Direction
- If using a fattier sausage, prick them to allow the fat to drain while cooking. Cook sausages as desired.
- Soften the tortillas for 30-45 seconds in a microwave.
- Place 1 cooked sausage into the centre of each tortilla.
- Top with other ingredients, aligned so the tortilla will roll evenly.
- Roll up and place in the health grill or sandwich maker for 2-5 minutes to melt the cheese and stick the tortilla together.
