Tuna and Lemon Dip

A tasty dip to serve with dry biscuits, raw vegetables or in a sandwich

INGREADIENT

    • 185 g canned tuna drained flaked
    • 1/3 cup light whole-egg mayonnaise
    • 1 lemon rind grated
    • 1 clove garlic clove finely chopped
    • 2 tbs olive oil
    • 2 tbs chives chopped
    • 1 pinch pepper *to taste

Direction

    1. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, lemon rind, garlic, olive oil and chives /shallots in a bowl.
    2. Add pepper to taste.
    3. Spoon dip into an airtight container and chill.
    4. Serve with fresh vegetable sticks or dry biscuits.
