Tuna and Lemon Dip
A tasty dip to serve with dry biscuits, raw vegetables or in a sandwich
INGREADIENT
- 185 g canned tuna drained flaked
- 1/3 cup light whole-egg mayonnaise
- 1 lemon rind grated
- 1 clove garlic clove finely chopped
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs chives chopped
- 1 pinch pepper *to taste
Direction
- Combine tuna, mayonnaise, lemon rind, garlic, olive oil and chives /shallots in a bowl.
- Add pepper to taste.
- Spoon dip into an airtight container and chill.
- Serve with fresh vegetable sticks or dry biscuits.
