Tuna Sandwich Spread
A wonderful summer lunch. This spread can be put on sandwiches and frozen. Each morning take a sandwich out of the freezer and have a lovely defrosted meal at lunchtime.
INGREADIENT
- 250 g cream cheese softened
- 2 tbs mayonnaise
- 170 g canned tuna drained
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped
- 1/4 cup carrot shredded
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 8 slices bread
Direction
- In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise and beat until smooth.
- Stir in tuna, onions, carrot, and lemon juice and blend well to combine.
- Spread tuna filling on bread to make sandwiches.
