A delicious dinner packed with fresh herbs and zesty flavours from TV chef and nutritionist, Zoe Bingley-Pullin.
INGREADIENT
- 1/2 cup freekeh uncooked
- 1/4 cup carrot julienned
- 1/4 cup capsicum chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup coriander chopped
- 1/2 Spanish onion
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tbs orange juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tbs tamari soy sauce
- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp chilli
- 2 tbs sheep's milk yoghurt
- 2 x 200 g salmon

- 1/2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tbs lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1/2 tbs orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
